I have enjoyed real estate as a profession since 1993, building my business first in the cutthroat Baltimore Metro area before my wife Laura and I moved to sunny and gracious DeLand.

This relocation has allowed expansion into a multitude of opportunities which include development and commercial representation and ownership, as well as residential sales and renovation through my design company, Sold, LLC.

Not a day passes where I don’t feel profound gratitude for the blessings that the sojourn to Florida has afforded us. Now, I am privileged to share those blessings with our son, Ryan.

When the COVID-19 Pandemic hit near the end of my sophomore year of high school, the world was thrust into uncertainty and confusion, and I was no exception. With the traditional halls of education out of commission, I began looking to alternative ways of progress. I entered the Dual Enrollment program in December of 2020, and graduated high school while simultaneously achieving an Associate of Arts degree.

In order to keep momentum after graduation, I looked toward the Real Estate industry as a potential career path, and became a licensed Realtor only a month after my 18th birthday.

It is my mission to provide thorough and diligent service for every client and customer, so that one of life’s largest decisions can be made a joy to experience.
